Shipping, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Shipping Policy
Shipping Fee:
Free nationwide shipping across Thailand with no minimum purchase required.
Delivery Time:
Orders will be delivered within 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays in Thailand.
Order Cut-off Time:
- Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed and paid after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day, and the delivery period will begin counting from the following business day.
- Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel an order before the company has processed and shipped the order.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact the company via LINE Official Account or the company’s official email during business hours.
If the order has already been shipped, the company reserves the right not to cancel the order. However, customers may request a return in accordance with the conditions stated in this policy.
- Delayed or Missing Delivery
If a customer does not receive the order within the estimated delivery period, or if the delivery status appears incorrect, the customer should contact the company via LINE Official Account or the company’s official email and provide the order number.
The company will coordinate with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and assist the customer accordingly.
- Return Policy
Customers must request a return within 14 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- The product weight must correspond to the quantity stated on the packaging.
- All discount coupons, vouchers, promotional items, and complimentary gifts received with the order must be returned in full and in good condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error made by the company.
The company reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
Discount coupons, vouchers, and promotional benefits cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
- Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved in accordance with the return conditions, the company will process the refund within 14–25 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase where applicable.
- Allergy Disclaimer Policy
As each individual’s skin condition and sensitivity may vary, allergic reactions or irritation may occur in certain cases. Therefore, the company strongly recommends that customers perform a patch test before using any product.
The company has provided clear usage instructions, recommendations, and warnings for all products. Accordingly, the company reserves the right to consider return and refund requests related to allergic reactions or irritation on a case-by-case basis.
Patch Test Instructions:
Apply a small amount of the product to one of the following areas:
- Inner elbow
- Behind the ear
- Side of the neck, approximately 10 cm below the jawline
Leave the product on for approximately 24 hours. If no irritation, redness, or abnormal reaction occurs, the product may be used as directed.
Results and skin reactions may vary depending on individual skin conditions and sensitivities.
