Do the products comply with the Ministry of Health license?

Yes. Our formulas comply with the Ministry of Health license and the global GMP & ISO standard.

Are the products safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

All of our products, without exception, are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. As part of our vision, we have chosen to respect the body and nature by using green, clean, and safe ingredients that have direct benefits for skin health.

Have the products been tested on animals?

Our products are not tested on animals and do not contain animal ingredients.

We are 100% vegan and have the "Vegan Friendly" standard.

Are the products suitable for all skin types?

Our products are suitable for every woman, of any age, regardless of skin type.

When developing formulas for professional treatment, we hardly take the patient's age into account, but rather believe in a care routine tailored to the skin condition we want to improve and in building a smart process - *cleansing *renewing *nourishing *protecting.

How soon can we expect improvement?

Every skin has its own background and history, just as each of us has our own unique story. Results vary from person to person and improvement is always individual.

However, clinical studies and our personal experience and that of our clients show that improvement can usually be expected between one and six months.

Persistence and patience are the name of the game when we treat facial skin.

Deliveries

How long does it take for the shipment to arrive?

So that you can start a perfect and healthy skincare routine as soon as possible, we start packing your order the same day (by 11:00 AM) and it should arrive between 2-5 business days.

*In cases of congestion at the selected pickup point, the delivery company may choose a different pickup point.

* In cases of congestion at the shipping company, there may be a delay of 1-2 business days in delivery times.

Does shipping require an additional fee?

We offer free home delivery (2-5 business days) with every order.
